What They Needed
For PA'LANTE 2024, The Boston Foundation required a production partner capable of delivering a seamless, high-quality live experience while coordinating every technical and operational element behind the scenes. The event brought together community leaders, philanthropists, elected officials, corporate partners, and hundreds of guests, making flawless execution essential.
Beyond producing the headline performance, the Foundation needed comprehensive planning and coordination across staging, audio, lighting, show flow, artist logistics, and vendor management to ensure every element aligned with the event's fundraising mission.
The objective was to create a polished and engaging production that celebrated Latino culture, elevated the guest experience, and supported an evening designed to inspire generosity and strengthen community connections.
What AMBRA Delivers
Musicians
Barrio Latino, a 15-piece professional Latin orchestra featuring musicians from Boston's leading music institutions.
Duration
A fully curated 2h30 minute headline performance, designed exclusively for Pa'Lante 2026. Nonetheless, the band stays from 6pm to 11pm.
Repertoire
A diverse musical journey spanning salsa, merengue, bachata, Latin pop, ballads, jazz influences, and modern Latin hits representing 9 countries from South America: Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil and Peru.
Planning
Four-month production planning, beginning in February 202, with monthly strategic meetings to develop the show's artistic vision, production timeline, and execution plan.

Pa'Lante Event 2024
AMBRA Live Productions is responsible for the artistic direction, coordination, and execution of the live musical production for PA'LANTE 2024. Our role includes managing talent, overseeing rehearsals, coordinating production logistics, ensuring a high-quality live performance that aligns with the event's vision and objectives and design models for the accuracy of the planification.
